Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.br br Certifications required US CPA license or foreign equivalent.br br Must have at least one year of experience with each of the followingbr br Consulting with the leadership of privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals;br Must have experience in two or more of the following areas wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture andor exit strategies; andbr Comprehensive technical skills in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles U.S. GAAP.br br Travel up to 80 is required.
