Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering Computer Engineering or a closely related field of study, plus 8 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Professional Application Designer, or similar position in the Information Technology area. Must have 8 years of experience working with insurance application system designanalysis and application modernization, using SOAP, REST JSON XML, and MQ messaging technologies. Must also have 6 years of experience with business systems analysis, working with integrating systems using SOAP, REST JSON XML, and MQ messaging technologies. Additionally, specific experience must include 5 years working with various application architectures, such as SOA or similar; 5 years with application development using Java, J2EE, REST, SQL, and XML; 4 years with use case development providing alternate solutions; 4 years working with Rapid Application Development RAD tools and techniques including AQT, ALM , Postman, and JIRA; 4 years working with commercial insurance applications in agile methodologies using scrum model; and 2 years working with process modeling tools including Visio and Draw.io. Option to work remotely with required travel to the Schaumburg, IL headquarters as needed.
