Derive test program limits using gauge RR and PVT characterization data to ensure high yields while ensuring spec compliance in production environment.br 3. Develop and manage product qualification requirements Package Qual, Burnin, ESD, Latchup.br 4. Responsible for ongoing product cost reduction efforts and quality improvements including Test Time reductionsoptimization, alternate source qualifications, yield improvement.br 5. Responsible for supporting customer returns through coordination with core team members to resolve issues Failure Analysis, Test improvements.
