Experience in conducting extensive risk rating assessments;br 6. Experience in Financial systems or Capital finance technologies, tools, processes and procedures;br 7. Experience in evaluating, structuring and managing Asset based loans including Inventory financing;br 8. Understanding SVB Loan documentation and managing legal negotiations with clients within the limitations of credit and legal policies; andbr 9. Experience in working with SVB systems and processes to ensure efficient outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders; andbr 10. Experience with UK lending practices helping our US companies with international expansion.
