The alien beneficiary has met the primary minimum requirement for the job opportunity, whose qualifications obtained for the minimum job requirement are NOT because of alternative experience requirements.br The job opportunity has ZERO 0 year of working experience requested. The employer is willing to accept ANY level of experience, knowledge, proficiency, and or course works to perform the following skills andor requirementsbr br 1. Using SolidWorks to design parts, tools and being able to print the design using 3D printers.br 2. Knowledge of running motion, stress, static and dynamic analysis to conduct tests on products and parts.br 3. Understanding how the CNC machine works and following instructions to develop new programs for the CNC machine by the given parameters, 3D drawings or sample products.br 4. Knowledge of controllers and controller programming. Understand the control logic and be able to write blockstep programs to control various controllers such as PLCs, Robotic Arms and Motors.br 5. Knowledge and abilities of using hand tools, power tools, lathe and press drill to fabricate processed parts, special tools, etc.br 6. Using SolidWorks to design machines, equipment to fulfill RD, customers needs.br 7. Following ISO or ANSI standards to generate detailed engineering drawing, specifications and technical reports using GDT system.
