Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems or related field plus 6 years of experience in the field. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, employer will accept a combination of work experience and education determined to be equivalent to a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems or related field by an accredited organization. Must have 5 years of experience in Investment Banking. Previous experience to include Automation experience, building automation frame work, and develop scripts using Shell or Perl; Incident Management experience in handling major incidents, coordinating with multiple stake holders and driving the incident resolution; various problem management methodologies to address problems; working knowledge on Tools including JIRA, splunk, APM, or ServiceNow; leading support teams and implementing support models; supporting UnixLinux platforms; various monitoring tools for Application and Infra monitoring; and Web APIs, API, and JAVA. Role holder is eligible to work on a hybrid basis, 30 in office and 70 WFH, with manager approval and must reside within commuting distance to the work site.
