Full term of required experience must be postbaccalaureate and progressively responsible, and must include Acting as senior responsible director for largescale transformation programs with budget in excess of 10 Million USD; Developing detailed plans, managing integrated workstreams, identifying risks and issues, tracking key milestones, assuring key deliverables, maintaining program budgets and business cases, and appointing and managing resources, including third parties; Identifying and managing key stakeholders; identifying key users and assessing impact on current daytoday; formulating change approaches, including communications and training; delivery of change and communications plans; tracking and managing acceptance and adoption; and developing standard operating procedures; Running program budgets on behalf of clients; developing and tracking against business case, capturing financial impact of benefits realized; Identifying program risks, developing mitigation plans, and implementing mitigation to allow program to continue within an acceptable risk tolerance; Running third party selection processes including requests for information, requests for proposal, contract negotiation, third party onboarding, third party management including interviewing, appointing and reviewing performance of third party staff, and contract management including management of service level agreements; Running software selection processes including requests for information, requests for proposal; market scanning; requirements definition business and technical; solution scoping; license negotiation and contracting; AND Utilizing knowledge of ERP solutions, including SAP and Oracle. Must have PRINCE2 or MSP certification.
