Requires Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Food Science, Food Safety and Technology, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in food Safety within the Consumer Packaged Goods or Food Industry.br br Must also have experience in each of the followingbr Experience coaching and training others on Food Safety topics;br Experience working with vendors to ensure alignment to Microbiology testing requirements, and compliance to quality requirements;br 3 years of experience with HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Allergen Controls;br 3 years of experience with basic food regulations, Claims management and FSMA experience;br 3 years of experience with specifications, Raw Material, or Packaging Specifications;br 3 years of experience with food technology manufacturing process flows; andbr 3 years of experience in making critical food safety decisions within a food company.br br br Up to 35 domestic travel required for business meetings.
