Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have four years of experience with the following 1 developing and managing quality control plans for new and existing products; 2 performing indepth analysis of failures and resolving through documented 8D or similar approach; 3 performing data analytics on manufacturing databases; 4 performing manufacturing audits; and 5 defining and performing acceptance testing of new products and processes. Domestic and international travel may be required up to 50 of the time.
