Employer requires a Masters degree U.S. or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or a related technicalquantitative field. In the alternative, employer will accept Bachelors degree U.S. or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or a related technicalquantitative field and five 5 years of experience in job offered or related position.br br Employer requires at least four 6 of the following skills gained through industry experience.br br Defining and analyzing user flows and workflows;br Enterprise applications UXUI design;br User experience and interaction design for web applications or services;br Usercentered design principles across desktop, mobile, and web platforms;br Largescale webbased application design;br Interaction design using UCD process;br Design Tools such as, Sketch, Figma, OmniGraffle and Adobe Creative Suite;br Interaction design, information architecture, and data visualization.br br Telecommuting permitted work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the VMware office in Palo Alto, CA.
