Requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in developing and executing value creation plans in the food or consumer products industry. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following managing or consulting on business operations using ERP software such as SAP or similar; SOP process management and development; strategy development for supply chain networks, distribution and operations optimization; preparing business case development and analytics for areas including itemcost optimization, SOP process, inventory optimization, capacity analysis, distributionlogisticsfreight and manufacturing; conducting acquisition integration processes; leading projects and team members across business functions, units, or platforms; communicating business optimization insights to internal and external executive audiences through presentations and written reports in order to influence business decisions; and, managing executive level staff Directors or above. Experience may be gained concurrently. Travel required up to 40 of working time.
