This position requires a Masters degree in Biotechnology, Banking, Finance, Mathematics, an Engineering Field Involving Significant Quantitative Analysis, or related field of study plus three 3 years of experience in the job offered or three 3 years of experience as Vice President, Associate, or Analyst in Investment Banking or Mergers Acquisitions, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelors degree and five 5 years of experience in lieu of a Masters degree and three 3 years of experience. This position requires experience with the following skills pharmacokinetics; pharmacodynamics; antibody assays; monitoring industry publications; Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices; financial modeling and analyses pertaining to both US and crossborder MA; merger and acquisition MA transactions for public and private clients in the healthcare sector; private equity PE funds; transaction structuring; negotiations; advising on Corporate Defense; buyside and sellside MA transactions; preparation of marketing materials; MS Powerpoint; and MS Excel.
