Requirements Requires a Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field in job offered or a computerrelated occupation.br br Position also requires completion of a universitylevel courseresearch projectinternshipthesis, or 6 months of experience in the followingbr br 1. Developing or manufacturing data center or similar electrical, mechanical, or power products;br 2. Use of quality tools, methodologies in a manufacturing or engineering environment;br 3. Performing design of experiment;br 4. Vendor management, project management, and organizational experience;br 5. Data center equipment sourcing selection support;br 6. Technical leadership and expertise within the supply chain teams;br 7. Working with a PLMPDM system such as Agile or Arena, and knowledge of BOM structure, Engineering Change Order processes, and related elements;br 8. Working within a QMS Quality Management System infrastructure, including 8D, CAR, and SIP, and experience managing supplier quality performance from Audit through volume delivery;br 9. Concepts and application of Lean principles in manufacturing, including Yellow Belt equivalent or better training, and experience in the application of DMAIC, Kaizen, and other lean manufacturing concepts and tools; andbr 10. Demonstrated ability to implement industry and compliance standards for safety, performance, and reliability of electrical and mechanical products.
