Must have a Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and must have 1 year experience in all of the following Utilizing Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Trane Trace 700, Bluebeam, EneryPro and Autodesk Navisworks, perform multiple engineering calculations required for the design of the systems including but not limited to heating and cooling building heat load calculations, system pressure drop calculations air and water side, psychrometric analysis and develop and implement the mechanical system design in building information modeling BIM software.br br Must travel about 10 of the time to visit client job sites to perform field surveys, attend meetings with the client, contractors, inspectors and facility operators
