Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Coordinating mergers, acquisitions, carveouts, and posttransaction activities utilizing program management tools including Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, Clarity and industry research tools including Factiva, Mergermarket, Gartner and Forrester;br Developing complex IT synergy and budgeting financial models which allow clients to evaluate business outcomes and plan for different scenarios as appropriate for the MA deal;br Conducting business plan reviews, IT due diligence, resource assessments, and MA implementation planning, using IT blueprinting methodology, and IT due diligence playbook;br Coordinating postlaunch support to troubleshoot IT related issues, utilizing ServiceNow;br Leading workshop sessions with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into blueprints and project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Project, OneNote, Power BI and Zoom Webinar;br Providing subject matter expertise across components of IT, including infrastructure, applications, IT operations, Active Directory, enduser computing, messaging, enterprise architecture and testing;br Tracking and reporting on integration and divestiture programs and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, Clarity, project server and mergers and acquisition central; andbr Working across all phases of the MA lifecycle for the design, development, testing, implementation, and postimplementation efforts for MA information technology engagements for enterpriselevel clients in the life sciences, healthcare and financial services industries.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
