Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Candidate must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Leveraging Python, Tableau, Power Point, and Excel to oversee the design of customerfacing growth strategies, product pricing strategies, gotomarket planning, and public launch solutions;br Managing the creation of highly detailed user flows and process flows, annotated wireframes, and designing interactions for complex applications, utilizing Visio;br Managing and developing advanced dashboard functionalities utilizing Tableau and PowerBI;br Managing project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing RTC Planning Software and Reporting Tools;br Managing outside vendorsclients and analyzing data to respond to demand, supply changes, and client requests; andbr Leveraging Python and advanced machine learning softwares to help develop predictive models for clients and add value for customer experience.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
