A Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Art or a related discipline and 2 years of experience in user experience design or information architect. In the alternative, a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Art or a related discipline followed by 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in user experience design or information architect.br Experience must includebr 1. 2 years of experience creating software design solutions and scalable dynamic user interfaces for largescale, multitiered platforms using web design principles and technologies, including wireframe applications, Photoshop, Axure, HTML or prototyping tools.br 2. 2 years of experience collaborating with developers for implementation of designs.br 3. 2 years of experience in Sketch, Illustrator, Photostop or other prototyping software.br 4. 2 years of experience rationalizing designs across crossfunctional groups.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
