J.D., L.L. M., L.L.B., or U.S. equivalent in law plus 3 years of professional experience at an international law firm in providing legal advice to corporate clients regarding commercial transactions within the oil and gas, or energy industry including providing legal advice to clients in all areas of corporate law, including public corporate work capital markets, mergers and acquisition, and corporate finance; drafting, researching, and reviewing legal memoranda or documents in financerelated transactions, including purchase and sale, joint venture, and financing agreements; and preparing county, state, and federal filings to perfect security interests in assets; Must also have the following 1 year of professional experience in crossborder transactions in various industries including energy or oil and gas and must be admitted to the Texas State Bar.
