The position requires a Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience. In addition, experience with the following skills is required 1 Working on Cloud Technologies like AWS to host and optimize Virtual machines and applications for Ericsson OSSBSS systems used in prepaid billing system; 2 Working on CICD tools including Jenkins, bitbucket, GitHub, artifactory, SonarQube, Jira and Selenium to automate build, test and deploy new features for Ericsson prepaid billing applications including Billing BSCS, Activation EMA, Mediation EMM, Order Management OM; 3 Working on big data technologies including MAP R on Hadoop, Oracle, SQL to fetch data from multiple data sources to store synthetic and nonsynthetic data used for governing billing and order management projects; 4 Building complex dashboards to visualize highly sensitive Telco customer focused metrics including churn analysis, subscriber growth, billing reconciliation, revenue loss using various Business Intelligence BI tools including Tableau, SAP BO, Power BI; 5 Using application monitoring APM tools AppDynamics and Splunk to monitor KPIs, threshold, and subscriberimpact events to safeguard business contractual SLAs; and 6 Working on Robotic Process Automation RPA tools including Enable and Blue Prism to integrate and automate fetching of data feed from defect management tools including Pier and HP QC using Java, Python, Shell script.br br TMobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
