Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a closely related IT field plus at least 8 years of progressive, postBaccalaureate experience as a Consultant, TestingSystem Analyst, Software Engineer or related IT position involving OMNI and ETL programs and database systems. Full term of experience must include Requirement analysis and design of OMNI, ETL programs and maintaining database systems including data modelling, data integrity and performance tuning; Preparing functional requirement and complex business requirements; Performance tuning, application programming, transformation, databases and SQL queries; Unit, System and Regression testing; SQL, XML,COBOL,JCL,CICS,OMNI Script, Shell Script, ETL, VSAM, DB2, ORACLE; and CA7. Must have at least 3 years exp. involving implementation of complex annuity business requirements and utilizing HTML, UI Path, Quickjob and Azure DevOps.
