Specific skills and other requirementsbr Successful completion of at least one complex construction project including at least 50M USD in contracts, having served as the project manager from project conception to completion.br Five 5 years of experience overseeing multiple construction project related contracts i.e., engineering, construction, quality control, MEP etc. including claim management.br Five 5 years of experience in risk and opportunity management with a focus on systematic capturing of risks and opportunities, remedying risks and realizing opportunities.br Five 5 years of experience working with lenders, investors andor third parties appointed by lendersinvestors with a focus on understanding technical aspects of project finance and having the ability to coordinate with related parties.br One 1 year experience implementing the procedures and processes of asset management post project completion.br br Position is based in Indianapolis, IN.
