Education Requirement Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or in a related field.br br Work Experience Requirement 7 years of professional work experience in a Quality Engineering role in a manufacturing environment.br br Specific Skills Requirement a qualified applicant must possess experience with the following skillsbr br 1 3 years of experience with strategic development in world class manufacturing methodology.br 2 5 years of experience with 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen facilitation.br 3 2 years of experience with leading the Quality function with a minimum of 5 team members in a manufacturing assembly operation.br 4 3 years of experience with ISOTS 16949 requirements, in order to ensure facilitys maintenance of certification.br 5 3 years of experience with APQP, FMEA, PPAP and Change Control in order to facilitate quality control and manufacturing.br 6 Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.br 7 5 years of experience with root cause analysis and problem solving to control the quality of manufacturing processes.
