Alternatively, a High School Diploma and 10 years of experience in Fundraising or Sales Management. All candidates must have 5 years of experience with recruiting technology and call center technology; 3 years of experience with payment processing technology; Must have direct and professional experience in face to face fundraising leadership, face to face fundraising recruitment, and face to face fundraising operations. Experience may be gained concurrently. 30 travel required throughout US and Canada.
