Must have at least two 2 years of experience in the following skillsbr br Employing valuation techniques including discounted cash flow analysis, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis on corporate targetsbr Developing written client presentations related to potential MA transactions or financingbr Modeling the impact of potential transactions including financing and MA and experience with accretion dilution analyses, hasgets analyses, intrinsic value analyses and capital structure requirementsbr Presenting financial transactionrelated analyses to both internal partners and client executives during general business development activities and live transactionsbr Researching and analyzing corporate financial performance, capital structure, credit strength, and liquidity conditions by using databases including SP Global, FactSet, Bloomberg and Thomson Eikonbr Performing and managing due diligence on companies, including generating and managing financial and operational diligence requests, discussing diligence questions with management and employees, and performing detailed analysis on private financial information.
