Must have a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field plus 10 years of experience of which 5 years must be postbaccalaureate progressive in construction project management; or a Masters degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field plus 8 years of experience in construction project management.br br Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following which may be gained concurrently field management; estimate preparation; forecasting; pricing; preaward processes; riskclaim management; contract management; profit and loss responsibility; scheduling; and, management of large teams 10 and quality.br br Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in start to finish management of mixed use high rise projects.br br Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience and direct responsibility in at least three of the following which may be gained concurrently; estimating, preconstruction, subcontracting, execution, commissioning, or, turn over.
