Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience involving performance optimization in 3GPP technologies. Also, 2 years of experience stated herein to involve technical consulting as a Subject Matter Expert in telecommunications with extensive customerfacing. Lastly, 1 year of experience stated herein to involve identifying and developing solutions and cost models for new RF and telecommunications services.
