A Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, or related discipline and 3 years of experience in project or program management. In the alternative, employer will accept 2 years of experience in project or program management in lieu of a Bachelors degree and 3 years of experience in project or program management.br br Experience must includebr br 1. 3 years of experience in developing and driving strategic Initiatives within a crossfunctional environment.br 2. 1 year of experience conducting statistical analysis and performing data mining utilizing tools such as, excel, SQL, tableau andor related business intelligence tools; andbr 3. 1 year of experience managing postlaunch support plans.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position. This experience and skills may be obtained in any alternate related occupation, regardless of job title, as specified above.
