A Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Design and Technology, or a related discipline and 2 years of experience in UXproductinteraction design.br br br In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Design and Technology, or a relatedbr discipline followed by 5 years progressively responsible experience in in UXproductinteraction design.br br Experience must includebr 1. 2 years of experience creating software design solutions and scalable dynamic user interfaces for largescale, multitiered platforms using web design principles, software and technologies, including Figma, Sketch, Principle, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, HTML or prototyping tools.br 2. 2 years of experience collaborating with user researcher to identify gaps in product experience, product managers on product strategy, developers on implementation of design, data scientist on machine learning driven products.br 3. 2 years of experience rationalizing designs across crossfunctional groups.br 4. 2 years of experience designing products for Entertainment, Ecommerce and payments platforms.br 5. 2 years of experience applying key accessibility and inclusive design principles to recognize permanent temporary constraints customer may have to create accessible experience for all customers.br 6. 2 years of product space design leadership, evangelizing current design guidelines and strategies across the wider organization.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
