Background in education, training or experience must include working in a global manufacturing environment; solid understanding of financial concepts and systems; exceptional technical skills including BW Business Warehouse, SAP, and AFO Analysis For Office system experience; month end close, Variance Analysis, Budget, MA Mergers and Acquisitions and Financial Modeling experience, as well as strong interpersonal skills; experience with financial planning and analysis, modelling, and experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, Powder BI Business Intelligence, Tableau, or other ERP systems and tools; demonstrated strong knowledge of financial accounting and corporate finance; demonstrated exceptional financial acumen including strong analytical, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills; demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling in Excel; demonstrated solid PowerPoint and presentation development skills; demonstrated ability to present complex concepts in a clear and work concise manner to all levels of the organization. Approximately ten percent domestic and international travel required to customer sites, company sites, training, and potential acquisitions; no telecommuting benefit, no alternate work or residence location available.
