Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or closely related field, plus 7 years of experience in the position offered or as a Director or Portfolio Manager at a global corporate and investment banking firm.br br 5 years of the required experience must have included managing an investment portfolio with at least 300 million in assets and with investments in the renewable energy, power utilities, and infrastructure space; using fundamental cashflow based valuation techniques including discounted cash flows to determine the intrinsic value of a business; analyzing potential investments for portfolios by reviewing and understanding a companys classification of its assets, liabilities, the nature of the business and future prospects based on industrys trends and the companys market positioning, as well as valuation methods in financial accounting; and identifying key risk areas in a companys financial statements.br br Approximately 25 domestic and international travel required.
