The position also requires 5 years AeroderivativeIndustrial Gas TurbinesAircraft engine experience; 5 years Shop Operations Leadership experience; 3 years experience generating detailed financial analyses for projects including OCPH, PE, CAPEX planning, product cost, DCF models, cash performance, NPV, detailed project cost and benefits, etc. across multiple sites, global regions and currencies; 5 years technical experience with engine components, turbine, generator, and rotor assembly, repairs, testing, quality methods, and global shop operations capabilities and associated machinery knowledge to ensure proper pitchingcatching analyses; 5 years experience leading and collaborating with global crossfunctional teams and resources to deliver business results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Lean, and Product Cost in complex supply chain environments in the PowerAviation space; 5 years experience in developing and executing programsprojects that drive significant financial impact growth to the business through Lean, Supply Chain optimization, SupplierVendor Contract developmentnegotiations, Org StructureStaffing and CAPEX planningallocation. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must reportappear intoat General Electric International Inc.s Greenville, SC location. 25 travel to various and unanticipated sites nationally and internationally.
