Bachelors degree in Computer Networks, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in telecommunications engineering. Experience must include 2 years of experience in the following 1 4G5G Call Processing including RRC, S1MME, S1U, X2, RLC, MAC, PHY protocols; 2 wireless technology procedures including LTEVolte and 5G; 3 3GPP RAN product architecture, design, implementation and performance improvements KPIs; and 4 system engineering activities including feature requirements identification, feature description documentation, parameter optimization, performance analysis, test strategy creation, and problem troubleshooting. 10 domestic travel required.
