Employer requires a Masters degree in Operations, Managerial Science, Supply Chain, an Engineering discipline, or a closely related field and two 2 years of experience in the job offered or related experience uncovering unmet counterparties needs and driving transformational change. Employer will also accept a Bachelors degree in Operations, Managerial Science, Supply Chain, an Engineering discipline, or a closely related field and five 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience uncovering unmet counterparties needs and driving transformational change.br br Employer also requires two 2 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Working with databases, including PowerBI and SQL; andbr Working with MS Access SharePoint.br br Employer also requires one 1 year of experience in each of the followingbr br Utilizing R, Python, RPA, or similar programming languages;br Utilizing ServiceNow or a similar software for project management;br Applying design thinking to move an idea through evaluation, experimentation, and commercialization, with a focus on the desirability, viability, and feasibility of that idea; andbr Creating presentations and delivering presentations to diverse audiences, including leadership.br br Up to 50 domestic international travel required to offices and manufacturing facilities.
