Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus six 6 years of experience in supply chain logistics and analysis or, alternatively masters degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus four 4 years of experience in supply chain logistics and analysis or, alternatively a PhD in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering field and one 1 year of experience in supply chain logistics and analysis. Experience must include managing complex cross functional programs to successful and timely decision points supporting world class supply chain operations efficiency and capacity utilization; working with different Supply Chain disciplines, specifically productionmaterials planning and logistics operations; facilitating crossfunctional efforts between, engineering, facilities, supply chain manufacturing, and program management; working with ERP systems and SQL capability; continuous improvement, lean methodology andor Six Sigma; and implementing project management practices, tools, and methodology to manage complex project timelines and resources; and strategy deployment and valuestream mapping leadership.
