In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in guiding companies through process or software transformation in the Product Lifecycle Management space.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering or related and three 3 years of experience in guiding companies through process or software transformation in the Product Lifecycle Management space in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include PLM or ERP architecture and process definition abilities; Guiding software best practices e.g., encouraging simplicity in code, defining a minimum viable product, or establishing validation protocols; Experience communicating business transformation proposals to leadership teams; Experience creating product roadmaps creation and driving them to completion; Experience defining object models within a PLM system while balancing various business requirements; and Experience defining software support requirements and guiding teams to successfully implement them. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A.
