Bachelors Degree or foreign degree equivalent in engineering, science or a related field. 5 years of experience in patent searching to determine patent validity and 5 years of experience with prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO or other foreign patent offices. Eligible to practice before the USPTO Eligible to sit for USPTO examination. Will accept candidates eligible to receive limited recognition by the USPTO based on current citizenship status. Candidates are not required to demonstrate proof of eligibility to practice law in any state or federal court.
