Requires 6 years of experience with the following packaging development lifecycle activities in the Pharma, Medical Device, Food or Cosmetic industry; project management and experience in crossfunctional projects; testing methodologies and test standards ISTAASTM; design control, documentation, risk management and processes; specifying packaging components e.g. vials, prefilled syringes, injection devices, flexible packages, formfillseal, bottles, blisters, labels, cartons, etc.; diverse packaging machineryequipment and processes; TOPS or similar software and knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices; troubleshooting to resolve complex packaging quality issues on the line and optimize productivity; researching latest packaging trends and technologies in the industry and assessing potential implementation in current supply chain; mentoring or coaching team members; continuous improvements and costsaving initiatives; and establishing or refining Packaging Engineering SOPs and technical memos.
