Complete requirements for the position are as followsbr br Masters Degree or foreign equivalent Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical or Electronics Engineering and two 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering for medical devices, OR Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical or Electronics Engineering and five 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering for medical devices.br br Must possess a minimum of two 2 years of experience with each of the followingbr br Development and optimization of products, processes, tooling and equipment;br FDA Quality System Regulation, 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971;br Good Manufacturing Practices GMP and Good Documentation practices;br Process and DFMEA design failure mode effective analysis and root cause analysis;br DOE Design of Experiments and Design for Manufacturing and assembly DFMA;br Development of Installation Qualification IQ, Operation Qualification OQ, Performance Qualification PQ, Gage RR and Test Method validations TMV;br Six sigma, NCMR Nonconforming Material Report and CAPA Corrective and Preventative Action; andbr CAD ComputerAided Design Tools like SolidWorks.
