Candidates must have at least a Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a closely related degree, or equivalent as determined by a qualified credentials evaluation service, and two years of experience in a related position. Must have two years of experience in the following Handling of estimates at various stages of the development process on construction projects; cost checking of developing design, estimating and cost planning and tender valuations and analysis; issuance of initial reports, liaising with clients and consultants and preparing monthly progress reports to numerous funding institutions; and advising on approval for the value of works completed and the release of funds. Must be willing to travel nationwide to unanticipated worksites based on existing projects. Travel constitutes approximately 25 of the time. Remote employment is an option. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
