Position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, plus five 5 years of experience in the job offered, in technical consulting, or related occupation.br br Education or experience must includebr br 1. Experience developing software solutions, or providing detailed technical designs for software solutions;br 2. Technical delivery Design, Development, QA, Release experience with Salesforce.com;br 3. Technical problemsolving skills, experience creating proof of concept software solutions and driving key design designs for enterprise software;br 4. People management experience and ability to excel in a leadership role;br 5. Experience leading business systems delivery team, preferably for a company that experienced hyper growth;br 6. Solid agile delivery, project management, team management, and relationship management skills;br 7. Experience in clearly articulating to and engaging with SeniorExecutive management;br 8. Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates; andbr 9. Ability to prioritize multiple requests quickly and effectively.
