Employer will accept Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business and Management, Operations ManagementManagement Science, or related field and 1 year of experience in job offered or 1 year of experience in a retail, supply chain, logistics, andor transportation research related role. Position requires the followingbr br 1. Machine learning methods such as classification, clustering, and deep learning, and strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms such as Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Tree, and Random Forests;br 2. Econometrics methods, including regression techniques such as OLS, MLE, univariate or multivariate analyses and Statistics and Probability techniques such as Bayesian methods;br 3. Modeling and formulating optimization problems and knowledge of optimization algorithms for solving linear and nonlinear optimization problems;br 4. Simulation techniques such as Markov Chain Monte Carlo methods;br 5. Demand forecasting algorithms and techniques;br 6. Analyticstatistical programming languages such as R or Python;br 7. Optimization solvers such as Gurobi or CPLEX;br 8. SQL or relational database language;br 9. Algorithm development and implementation; andbr 10. Experience in retail, supply chain, logistics, andor transportation.
