Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related quantitative field, plus a minimum of two 2 years of progressive relevant investment banking or principal investing experience. Experience must include quantitative, financial, and analysis and advanced MS Excel modeling vlookup, macros, pivot tables, LBO and MS PowerPoint skills;br performing detailed industry, market, competitive and financial analysis that forms the basis for decisions on new debt and equity investments of the firm; valuation debt underwriting experience; screening new investment opportunities; preparing investment committee memos; preparing complex excel financial models including cash flow analysis, covenant compliance, returns, debt sizing and structuring; analyzing investment performance including maintaining and updating investment valuations and financial models as well as keeping track of relevant current market activities; preparing quarterly portfolio reports summarizing changes in performance and updating forecasts; leading meetings with management teams and sponsors when assessing new investment opportunities and monitoring the existing portfolio. Telecommuting permitted 1 day a week within commuting distance of the worksite.
