Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Candidate must also have 5 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Managing mergers, acquisitions, carveouts, and posttransaction activities utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools;br Managing daytoday interactions, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients while working in an onshore and offshore model;br Developing complex onetime cost, stranded cost, recurring operational expense OpEx, onetime capital expense CapEx financial models which allow clients to evaluate business outcomes and plan for different scenarios as appropriate for the MA deal;br Coordinating postlaunch support to troubleshoot any IT related issues, utilizing Microsoft Office tools;br Leading workshop sessions with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, and utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools;br Leading implementation of conversions to migrate customers from legacy systems by leveraging relations across teams including business stakeholders;br Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google Workspace tools; andbr Working across all phases of the Mergers and Acquisitions lifecycle for the design, development, testing, implementation, and postimplementation efforts for Mergers and Acquisitions engagements for enterpriselevel clients in the Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Fintech and Healthcare industries.br br Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
