Candidates must have at least a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent as determined by a qualified credentials evaluation service, and at least two years of professional experience working in franchise development within the restaurant industry. Must have at least two years of experience evaluating franchise development opportunities for restaurant brands, including Korean restaurant franchises. Must have at least two years of experience working on all phases of the franchise development process, including prospecting and discovery, due diligence, negotiation, and deal execution. Must have at least two years of experience analyzing financial data to evaluate potential franchise development deals and assess the performance of existing franchisees. Must have at least two years of experience supporting business development initiatives for existing franchisees and developing franchise growth strategies. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
