The Employer will also accept any job title or position wherebr employee gained research, academic, andor industry experience in the skillsbr listed below.br br Two years of academic, research, andor industry experience gained at anybr time, which must have involved building optical setups; characterizingbr optical and electrooptical components; performing bench testing with labbr equipment and data analysis spectrometer, monochromator, oscilloscope, laser,br microscope; designing subwavelength optical structuredevices using Lumericalbr FDTD simulation; supporting PCB board design and usage of AFE; analyzing databr using Labview, Matlab, or Mathmatica; and designing optical system to satisfybr linkbudget, noise, stability, cost, and manufacturability. Must have solidbr oral, written, and presentation communication skills to efficiently communicatebr across a global organization where success is highly dependent on collaborationbr and effective communication. May work from home 2 days per week.
