Some experience conducting studies in disease surveillance and prevention; performing quantitative research utilizing regression models and epidemiological methods and interpreting statistically significant results; developing research study designs; interviewing focus groups and summarizing themes from surveys; applying epidemiological theory and analyzing data using biostatistical methods; working with database management and spreadsheets; conducting systematic literature reviews and presenting research findings at conferences; and using computer programming skills, including Statistical Analysis Software SAS, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS, Geographical Information Systems GIS, and Qualtrics.
