84 months of seating design release engineering experience, 84 months of PPAP experience developing and creating design records, FMEAs, and control plans, 84 months experience benchmarking engineering technologies and applying those into design activities, 84 months of experience in developing master construction sections, 3D and blue prints drawings, 72 months in design release for production and ECN expedition, and 84 months with CATIA V5. Also requires high level of oral and written communication skills; problem solving experience where issues are unusual and difficult; familiarity with sheet metal structures and processes, plastic trim, electrical components, and wiring harness; understanding of dimensional management, GDT, Tolerance Stack Up, and PDFSS robustness IDDOV; and demonstrated technical and professional skills with injection molded components, metal stampings, foaming process, and cut and sew.
