48 months of experience in quality or supplier quality in automotivemanufacturing during new program preproduction and launch, 24 months of experience with ISOQSTS Quality Systems, 18 months of experience with IATF16949, and 48 months of product launch experience. Also requires strong proficiency in Advanced Quality Planning and Quality Management Systems core quality tools; APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA; working knowledge of Statistical Process Control SPC, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GDT, and how to apply these skills to improve quality, capacity, and reduce cost; robust knowledge of problem solving methodologies Kaizen and Six Sigma; proficiency with 8D methodology; strong team builder and strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to work in a selfdirected environment; and demonstrable leadership abilities.
