In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in project management for building sciences or property management.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related and three 3 years of experience in project management for building sciences or property management in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include AutoCAD; Project management tools e.g. Smart Sheet, MS Project, or related; MS Excel for budgeting; CMMS software e.g., SAP, FEXA, or related; and Reading and interpreting construction documents and leases. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.
