Requires a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field and two years of experience leading product program launches within a manufacturing environment. The two years of experience must include two years of experience with each of the following 1 developing manufacturing control plans and controlling budgets for crossfunctional program launch; 2 working with prototype build schedules and product trial runs; 3 performing Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly activities; and 4 quantifying the requirements of new fixtures, tooling and equipment and working with multiple vendors on implementation.
